Being the bums that we are we moved our crew of four from the sunny west coast of the states to Istanbul over two years ago. Now, we spend our days traveling the back roads, canyons, ridges and threads of the ancient Silk Road as it weaves across Asia Minor, Iran, Iraq and parts east. Our kids will probably grow up socially dysfunctional but at least they will be culturally savvy. With parents like us who can blame them? Basing out of Istanbul... everyday is an adventure for our crew as we live, travel and wander on the far side of the world.
